WILDLIFE ANIMAL REMOVAL

Bat guano (bat droppings) can cause histoplasmosis by just inhaling its spores. Bats also carry rabies. Call us to schedule an appointment so we can inspect your home and you will feel safe in your home.
When you have a hole where animals are getting into your home, we do not just plug it up. We set up a device so they can get out, but not back in. We do this so you do not have a huge odor problem to deal with from the dead animals in your home.
It’s important for us to do a site inspection in order to accurately quote the price of the job. We do charge an inspection fee (see below), however if we are hired for the job, the inspection is included in the price.
Home Invaders:
To be fair to you and us, we need to see the site in order to give you a price quote. Site inspection is $125.00. If I do the job this $125.00 will be credited in the total cost.
As for pricing, we need to see the site (example: if we are doing a flying squirrel job – in a ranch home it would one price, but if we are doing the same flying squirrel job at a site where the building is a 3-family apartment or a 3-story home, the price would be different). Yes, we can ask questions on the phone and by doing so can give you a rough price by how you answer. But even then we could be wrong and a squirrel could turn out to be a different animal.
Also a factor in price is when you call and tell us you hear noise in the attic, we have no way of telling if it is squirrels, flying squirrels, bats, mice or even larger animals. All these animals have different prices. Trapping of yard animals like skunks, raccoons, opossum, woodchucks, fox, etc., all are priced differently.
